Associates are eligible to apply for a lateral transfer after completion of one 1 year of service in their present position with the following exception: an Associate who has received a written warning is not eligible for a transfer/promotion prior to six 6 months from date of issuance; an Associate who has been suspended is not eligible for transfer/promotion prior to one 1 year from date of suspension. Parttime Associates who have completed their probationary period can move to fulltime vacancies within their department provided such movement will not unreasonably reduce the operational efficiency of that department. Probationary period is three 3 months for fulltime employees and four 4 months for parttime employees who works more than 3/5 of the normal workweek.

Our Telemetry department is currently seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Associate to provide topnotch care to patients.
As a key member of our team the Patient Care Associate will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of the highest quality care and services. This includes maintaining a safe clean and functional environment assisting with dietary aspects of care facilitating communication answering phones and transporting patients and assisting visitors. The successful candidate will play an integral role in promoting patientfocused care within the Patient Unit by performing activities that promote a supportive and respectful environment for all patients families and staff.

EDUCATION TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:
- High School Graduate or equivalent required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- Certification in Phlebotomy and EKG monitoring required.
- Graduate of State Certified Program or 1year clinical experience as a nursing student/foreign graduate nurse.
