KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA headquartered in Einbeck (Niedersachsen Germany)is looking for a dedicatedProjekt Manager (m/f/d) in Energy Management with immediate effect who will actively shape the energy transition with passion and innovative spirit.
In this forwardlooking position you will play a key role in the development and implementation of sustainable energy concepts at the KWS Groups global locations. Your strategic thinking initiative and commitment will make a significant contribution to achieving our ambitious energy targets and driving forward innovative solutions.

Your tasks challenge meets innovation:
- Planning and implementation of sustainable energy solutions at global locations of the KWS Group
- Monitoring and analysis of energy data to optimize our processes
- Joint responsibility for the energy data management system (DIN EN ISO 50.001 at German locations
- Management of external specialist planners and coordination of implementation
- Collaboration with sustainability and energy management teams
- Support with energy purchasing and cost control
Your profile competence meets personality:
- Completed studies in the field of energy technology industrial engineering or a comparable field of study ideally with a focus on energy management.
- Ideally experience in the creation of energy concepts and in construction projects particularly in the field of technical building equipment
- You have strong assertiveness as well as a high level of adherence to costs and deadlines and always act in a business and solutionoriented manner
- High selfmotivation and commitment coupled with a goaloriented way of working
- An affinity for analyzing energy data is an advantage and supports the identification of efficiency potentials
- Very good written and spoken English skills are required; other foreign language skills are an advantage
- You are willing to travel worldwide (up to 15 and have a class B drivers license
