This requirement shall entail managing end to end sales of Residential products thereby being responsible for achieving financial targets for the Residential Sales businessJob Description
About the Role:
Domain and Geography Expert: Organize the daytoday operations of the Residential service line and team.
Lead and support key discussions negotiations and strategies with the clients as required including the sale of residential space various premium Markets and crossselling within C&W.
Responsible for business development within the division and geography including expanding client relationships to target business growth opportunities.
Support and mediate between the team and external clients seniorlevel industry forums associations professional bodies consultants and partners in the industry and associated sectors.
About You:
Should have Post Graduation qualification in Marketing or any similar field of education and experience.
2 to 10 years applicable industry tenure.
Should possess strong negotiation skills and robust interpersonal skills with a knack of good persuasion tactics.
