Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic PreSales Consultant with expertise in solution designing proposal crafting and market analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial industry experience with budget spent analysis and the ability to identify market trends. A solid delivery background and a bit of technical expertise are preferred though no handson development or programming experience is . This role will involve collaborating with our sales and delivery teams to deliver the right solutions to address customer needs.

Work Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design: Work closely with sales and delivery teams to design customized solutions that meet client requirements and align with their business objectives.

Proposal Development: Craft compelling and detailed proposals that clearly communicate the value of Wissens solutions highlighting our technical capabilities and service offerings.

Market and Industry Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends especially within the financial sector and understand customer challenges and potential opportunities.

Budget and Spend Analysis: Analyze budget spending patterns and provide insights to ensure solutions are both costeffective and aligned with customer budgets.

Customer Engagement: Work directly with customers to understand their business problems pain points and technology requirements. Propose solutions that address these challenges leveraging Wissens strengths.

Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (sales delivery and technical teams) to ensure a smooth transition from proposal to project .

Financial Industry Focus: Keep uptodate with trends in the financial services industry to tailor solutions that address evolving market needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in presales solution architecture or delivery roles.
  

• Strong background in solution design and crafting winning proposals for clients.
  

• Experience conducting market analysis and identifying industry trends especially in the financial sector.
  

• Ability to perform budget spent analysis and provide costeffective solutions.
  

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and internal teams.
  

• Experience in working closely with delivery teams to ensure alignment between proposed solutions and customer expectations.
  

• Technical background (preferred) to understand solution requirements but no need for handson development or programming expertise.
