What exactly does a Social Inclusion Peer Wellbeing Navigator do you ask You will support participants to engage in social activities. Provide peer support and use your livedexperience guidance and give assistance with service navigation and care planning.
You are passionate about social inclusion and community connection and have a personal understanding of mental health addiction. You communicate and connect easily with diverse participants and services creating safe spaces where individuals feel supported in working toward their personal goals.
With strong people skills you will advocate for participants ensuring that diversity is celebrated and that individuals can actively participate in activities that give them strength to build capacity to live meaningful lives.
