HydroVac Operator / Crew Supervisor
Location: Western PA WV OH
Pay Range: $28.00 $35.00 per hour
Job Type: FullTime
About Us:
Costys Energy Services a leader in HydroExcavation services for the Oil & Gas industry is seeking experienced HydroVac Operators to lead and manage crews. This role requires handson operation of HydroVac trucks supervision of field crews and ensuring work is completed safely efficiently and to company standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead manage and instruct crews in HydroExcavation pit cleaning tank cleaning and other Oil & Gasrelated cleaning services.
- Operate HydroVac trucks to perform nondestructive excavation fluid removal and site cleaning tasks.
- Ensure all crew members follow safety protocols company procedures and regulatory guidelines (DOT OSHA etc..
- Train and develop crew members ensuring competency in equipment operation and job .
- Communicate effectively with clients site supervisors and internal teams to coordinate job requirements and expectations.
- Conduct pre and postjob inspections of equipment reporting any maintenance or repair needs.
- Maintain accurate records including job logs reports and crew performance evaluations.
- Work in a fastpaced physically demanding environment while maintaining high safety and operational standards.
- Be available for long shifts overtime and weekend work as needed.
Qualifications:
- CDLB with Tanker Endorsement (Required)
- 1 years of commercial driving experience (Required)
- 1 years of HydroVac or heavy equipment operation experience (Preferred)
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a field operations role (Preferred)
- Ability to pass a preemployment drug test (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of HydroExcavation processes and oil & gas site operations
- Ability to train coach and manage crews while maintaining efficiency and safety
