TASKS/ RESPONSABILITIES:
We are looking for a senior backend or full stack developer with a backend focus to join the team. The primary focus will be on backend development using Python and Java and working with existing C# systems. Since the team is small they need someone with a solid understanding of software architecture who can make wellfounded technical decisions and ensure a scalable and maintainable system. Additionally some frontend support may be required preferably with experience in Flutter or other frontend technologies.
PROFILE:
Our client aims to hire someone who is selfdriven proactive and creative with excellent problemsolving skills. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently when necessary but also collaborate effectively within a team. Good social skills are essential as the role involves working closely with crossfunctional and external (nonSwedish speaking) teams.The candidate should be detailoriented and capable of making wellfounded technical decisions to ensure the scalability and maintainability of our systems.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
The first interview meeting will be with Beyondo. Thereafter an introduction to the hiring manager the CTO who will take the first meeting. Thereafter 12 meetings with the CEO could be a part of the process.
The position is to be filled asap.
You will join a company with a team of 7 some working from other offices. Usually there are 34 people in the office during the week. It is a hybrid role and together with the team you determine what days to be in the office etc.
The salary is negotiable depending on experience. The salary starts from 45 K SEK per month; for a candidate with a more senior background the salary can be adjusted and the company offers a generous incentive program.
A work permit for working in Sweden will not be a part of this recruitment process.

- Seniorlevel experience in backend development.
- Strong background in Python and Java.
- Experience with C#.
- Solid understanding of software architecture.
- Proficiency in AI/ML development.
- Experience in frontend development (desirable not mandatory).
- Ability to write clean efficient and welldocumented code.
- Good English writing skills
- It is to a great advantage if you bring experience with AWS Kubernetes Terraform and GitLab.
