Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking a diligent and reliable Operations Manager to oversee our companys operations in the computer testing and repair field. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence improve organizational processes and work to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies policies and procedures specific to computer testing and repair.
- Oversee daily operations ensuring smooth and efficient workflows in diagnostic testing reporting and hardware repairs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational improvements.
- Create and verify accuracy of daily and weekly performance reports
- Coordinate with department heads to streamline processes and ensure collaboration.
- Lead and mentor technical team members promoting professional growth and development.
- Identify areas of improvement and propose innovative solutions for testing and repair methodologies.
- Implement monitor and report on quality control measures and foster a culture of continuous improvements.
- Work directly with tech team to identify performance issues and create resolutions to guarantee required performance.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
- Develop and maintain good communications and relationships with suppliers and vendors to efficiently handle product return requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
- Prior experience with computer testing/repair
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in operational management software and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
