Your Role:

As an HR Administrative Assistant you will be an essential part of our HR team handling a variety of administrative tasks that support our employees and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Employee Records Keep both soft and hard copies up to date with accuracy and confidentiality.
Update HR Databases Track new hires separations and leave balances while assisting with payroll preparation.
HR Documentation Assist in organizing paperwork related to HR policies and procedures.
Employee Support Address employee inquiries and provide relevant HRrelated information.
HR Project Coordination Organize and support HR initiatives meetings and training sessions.
Administrative Support Manage office supplies schedule appointments process bills on Bill and assist with onboarding.
Clerical Duties Process mail maintain spreadsheets edit documents and manage the Hospice Calendar.
Document Management Keep employee files organized and ensure compliance with HR protocols.

What Were Looking For:

Experience Proven experience as an HR Administrative Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
TechSavvy Handson experience with HR software particularly ADP Workforce Now (ADP WFN).
Strong Computer Skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Highly Organized Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Team Player Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Education Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a relevant field preferred.
