Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Practice Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Practice Nurse will work alongside other healthcare professionals to provide highquality care to patients.
Responsibilities
- Assessing planning and delivering care to patients in a primary care setting
- Administering vaccinations medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Providing health education and promoting preventive care to patients
- Assisting with patient triage including conducting initial assessments and taking vital signs
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Maintaining accurate and uptodate patient records
Qualifications
- Active nursing license and certification
- Proven experience as a Practice Nurse or in a similar clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of primary care practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic healthcare environment
- Commitment to providing patientcentered care
Daytoday
As a Practice Nurse you will have the opportunity to interact with a diverse patient population and contribute to their overall wellbeing. Your daytoday tasks may include conducting patient consultations performing clinical assessments administering medications and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will also have the chance to engage in health promotion activities and positively impact the communitys health.
