Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary English Teacher for a fulltime position at our Hyderabad campus. This midlevel role requires a minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be adept in integrating technology within the classroom and using advanced educational strategies to foster an engaging learning environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have experience with classroom technology integration to enhance the learning experience (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in differentiated instruction strategies to cater to diverse learning abilities (Mandatory skill).
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning environment (Mandatory skill).
- Familiarity with Google Classroom for educational collaboration and communication.
- Experience with student assessment tools to evaluate student progress effectively.
- Knowledge of online learning platforms to support hybrid and remote teaching.
- Competence in literacy development techniques to improve student reading and writing skills.
- Understanding of ESL instruction to support students from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective English lessons to secondary students aligning with the curriculum goals.
- Develop lesson plans that meet established school guidelines and incorporate technologybased instruction.
- Employ differentiated teaching strategies to accommodate varying student learning needs and abilities.
- Foster a positive and productive classroom environment where students feel respected and valued.
- Utilize student assessment tools to evaluate and report on student progress and performance.
- Encourage literacy development through innovative activities that build reading and writing proficiency.
- Support the integration of ESL strategies to enhance language and comprehension skills for nonnative speakers.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students academic and socialemotional development.
