The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Experienced Quality Engineer to join our team in Helena Montana.

Position Responsibilities:
- Represents Quality function on team activities to integrate contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes and documentation.
- Provides Quality interpretation of requirements. Develops quality metrics design and production certification plans for small programs to ensure compliance with contractual Company and regulatory requirements.
- Conducts capability assessments and process validations to support supplier selection activities.
- Participates in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs.
- Performs analysis tests and process audits to ensure manufacturing and test readiness.
- Provides material review dispositions for nonconformances.
- Analyzes nonconformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Recommends corrective actions to address nonconformances.
- Performs benchmarking and other forms of analysis to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved.
- Works under general direction.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelors Degree from an ABET accredited course of study in Engineering
- 3 years of experience working as a Quality Engineer
- 3 years of Quality Management System experience
- 3 years of experience with Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) processes and implementing corrective actions
- 3 years of experience collecting organizing and analyzing data; summarizing findings; developing conclusions.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3 years of Aerospace industry / manufacturing support experience
- 3 years of Quality Engineer and/or Supplier Quality Engineer role experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of AS9100 AS9102 AS9145 AS13003 and other Aerospace standards
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing with internal and external customers
- Experience working in a team environment
