Job Description
We are currently searching for a parts counter person to join our team at Kia of Lincolnwood. We can offer a robust compensation plan and a great benefits package. Leader Automotive is AutoCanadas first footprint into the U.S. market and we currently have 10 dealerships consisting of 23 different franchises and approximately 600 employees. We have a strong presence in the Chicagoland area with 8 dealerships and 2 more located in central Illinois. - Responsible for selling various automotive parts and company products via face to face with customers and technicians and inbound/outbound phone calls
- Generate revenue by selling and promoting sales of automotive parts and existing products.
- Assist walkin customers with sales and services and respond to questions about pricing and arrival times.
- Process and review orders for correct handling pricing quantities and shipping data.
- Directly receive and process payment from walkin customers.
- Monitor parts inventory to insure minimum stocking levels.
- Assist with daily housekeeping duties.
- Assume other duties as assigned.
- Familiarity with in house DMS systems.
- Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with others and be a team player.
- Must have the flexibility to work variable schedules including weekends.
- Must be organized and a selfstarter.
- Familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds system a plus.
