Job Description
Software Requirements:
- Java 11 / 17
- Spring Framework Spring Boot
- REST API
- Microservices
- Containerization (ECS/OpenShift)
- Kafka
- MongoDB
- Angular (Good to have)
Overall Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and maintenance of highperformance scalable Java applications.
- Implement and oversee solutions using Java Spring Spring Boot and related technologies.
- Develop and manage REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Ensure efficient use of containerization technologies such as ECS and OpenShift.
- Integrate and manage messaging systems using Kafka.
- Leverage MongoDB for data storage and retrieval.
- Analyze complex requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Identify solve and mitigate technical challenges throughout the development lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.
- Work with minimal supervision and demonstrate a proactive approach to problemsolving.
Technical Skills:
Categorywise:
Java Development:
- Proficiency in Java 11 / 17.
- Strong experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
API and Microservices:
- Good knowledge of REST API development.
- Experience in developing and managing microservices architecture.
Containerization:
- Strong understanding of containerization technologies such as ECS and OpenShift.
Messaging Systems:
- Good understanding and experience with Kafka.
Data Storage:
- Proficiency in MongoDB for data storage and management.
Frontend Development:
- Knowledge of Angular is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 710 years of experience in Java development.
- Proven experience in leading development projects and teams.
DaytoDay Activities:
- Lead the design and development of Java applications using Java 11 / 17 Spring and Spring Boot.
- Develop and manage REST APIs and microservices.
- Implement and manage containerization technologies such as ECS and OpenShift.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Java and related technologies are advantageous.
