Your Role
We are seeking a talentedBackend Engineerwith 45 years of experience in designing implementing and evolving cloudnative solutions. You will help drive the Technogym ecosystem which includes gym equipment mobile and web applications and thirdparty integrations. Youll use best practices in software development to deliver scalable highly available and secure cloud services.
Your Impact
- Design develop and maintain backend systems using C# .NET) and Node.js.
- Architect and manage cloudnative services ensuring reliability security and scalability.
- Mentor junior engineers fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering product and security to streamline delivery pipelines and ensure security and compliance.
- Handle incidents improve alerting systems and maintain service uptime collaborating with the infrastructure team.
- Leverage AI tools to review debug and optimize code.
About You
- 45 years of professional experience in cloudnative backend development.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems dataintensive architectures and scalability principles.
- Experience with Lean and Continuous Delivery methodologies.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex software projects.
- Excellent debugging testing and problemsolving skills.
- Handson experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with eventdriven architectures asynchronous and realtime data pipelines.
- Experience tracking project outcomes via OKRs or KPIs with a focus on continuous delivery and operational excellence.
- Experience with AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot Codeio Cursor or similar.
- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
