Job Description

WHO WE ARE

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Director Sales and Business Development youll be responsible for growing Bruces subscriber and trading participant base as well as leading ongoing relationship management. Youll work closely with the executive team and represent Bruce at conferences and other industry events. This role requires extensive travel both international and domestic.

This is a remote role with preferred preferences for candidates in Austin Chicago or New York.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth by expanding Bruces subscriber and trading participant base through strategic sales and business development initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.

  • Represent Bruce at industry conferences and events effectively communicating the companys value proposition.

  • Travel extensively both domestically and internationally to meet with clients and attend key industry gatherings.

  • Leverage deep knowledge of equity market structure order routing and to educate clients and identify new business opportunities.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of three to five years of sales leadership experience in the FinTech industry.

  • Deep understanding of automated trading systems and their role in optimizing trading strategies.

  • Strong knowledge of equity market structure order routing and .

  • Ability to travel extensively both internationally and domestically as required by the role.

  • Current Series 7 license or ability to obtain a Series 7 license within your first 90 days.
