As A Researcher you will be expected to:
Thrive in a highperformance sales culture
Identifying attracting and shortlisting candidates for positions often requiring skills in research candidate sourcing and communication
Grow and maintain relationship with candidates
Achieve targets
Understand your niche and attract the best candidates in your industry
Requirements:
Tertiary qualification (related to business) with good academics
Two years sales experience with exposure to cold calling
Experience in Recruitment
A track record of achievements
An ambition to be the best version of yourself
Have your own vehicle
