We re on the hunt for a legendary Account Manager to join our growing team of account managers in the US. In this role you ll be the primary contact for Overwolf s top strategic clients developing and executing strategies to maximize satisfaction retention and growth while delivering exceptional service.
As an Account Manager you ll oversee campaigns from onboarding to billing ensuring smooth performance optimization and insightful reporting. You ll work closely with Ad Ops manage revenue tracking and drive client growth through renewals and expanded investments.
This role is open to candidates on the East Coast only.
Responsibilities:
What Youll Do
- Manage full campaign from onboarding to billing ensuring seamless delivery
- Track timelines performance and measurement optimizing campaigns for success
- Collaborate with Ad Ops on trafficking and ensure accurate ad delivery
- Build and maintain strong client relationships driving renewals and budget growth
- Provide reporting and insights translating data into actionable strategies
- Oversee billing and revenue tracking ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Requirements :
What Youll Need
- 5 years of experience in digital advertising including account management client services or media planning
- 5 years in a media or ad tech company in an account management or client services role
- Strong project management skills with expertise in timelines asset production and process optimization
- Highly analytical and detailoriented with strong problemsolving abilities and a processdriven mindset
- Programmatic media experience preferred with knowledge of ad trafficking and measurement tools
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced startup environment collaborating across time zones (UK & Tel Aviv)
