The Restructuring and Capital Solutions Analyst will play a key role in proactively targeting opportunities to drive growth for the Restructuring practice including identifying emerging distressed markets evaluating potential clients and leveraging market insights to support strategic decisionmaking. The role will report into the Global Director of Business Development Client & Markets and will work closely with attorneys and other members of the Global Business Development (BD) team.

The estimated base salary for this position ranges from $150000 to $200000 at the time of posting. The actual salary offered will be determined based on various jobrelated factors including skills education training credentials experience the scope and complexity of role responsibilities geographic location and performance. This is a exempt role meaning it is not eligible for overtime pay.
