Job Description

What Youll Do:

  • Engage with customers: Respond to inbound sales calls from our established customer base providing product and pricing information order status updates and delivery confirmations.
  • Process and coordinate orders: Secure and renew orders arrange delivery and collaborate with our machine shop and other facilities to ensure timely manufacturing and expedition.
  • Perform technical and sales support: Provide technical and nontechnical assistance regarding product use operation and maintenance to customers and team members.
  • Take ownership of tasks: Enter orders and quotes in a fastpaced environment perform quote followups/analyses and see tasks through to completion with accountability.
  • Comprehensive training: Participate in an extensive handson training program designed to prepare you for success.

What Youll Bring:

  • Experience: 12 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Technical aptitude: Strong mechanical inclination or technical skills essential.
  • Exceptional communication: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Collaborative mindset: A teamoriented approach to achieving high performance and success.
  • Problemsolving skills: Independent ability to evaluate situations solve problems and make decisions effectively.

  • Techsavvy: Proficiency with computers and strong organizational skills.

  • Educational background: High school diploma required; college diploma or university degree preferred.

Your Schedule:

  • Monday Friday 7:30 AM 4:30 PM
