Talent Relations Coordinator Healthcare Professionals (CommissionBased Remote)

Metis Organizational Solutions is seeking a proactive detailoriented and revenuedriven Talent Relations Coordinator to play a key role in connecting elite healthcare professionals with top career opportunities.

What Youll Do:

Engage & Connect Reach out to healthcare professionals understanding their current assignments job preferences locations and career timelines. Build & Maintain Talent Pipelines Organize a comingout list (candidates available within 6 months) and an availablenow list (candidates actively seeking immediate roles). Manage & Optimize the Talent Database Utilize Big Biller or similar CRM tools to import resumes track interactions and maintain detailed candidate profiles. Nurture LongTerm Relationships Conduct regular followups (every 30 days) to keep candidates engaged and informed of potential job placements. Strategic Collaboration Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to align talent with open positions maximizing placement success. Track & Report Performance Monitor placements commissions and talent engagement metrics ensuring transparency and accountability.

What You Bring to the Table:

Strong Communicator & Relationship Builder Ability to connect with healthcare professionals establishing trust and longterm engagement. SelfMotivated & ResultsDriven A gogetter attitude comfortable working in a commissionbased highreward environment. Organizational Excellence Detailoriented with strong timemanagement skills to keep talent pipelines active and up to date. TechSavvy Recruiter Experience with Big Biller CRM tools or talent databases is a plus. Recruiting or Sales Experience Preferred Previous healthcare recruiting talent acquisition or sales experience is advantageous but not required. Independent & Flexible Workstyle Ability to work remotely and drive success without constant oversight.
