Description

The Role

  • Provide expertise and input into global compensation strategy
  • Design and deliver all Compensation processes including annual cycle and midyear
  • Develop and implement the Segment/ Geo Compensation strategy and plan partnering with the
  • Talent Lead Advisor and Business Leaders
  • Design lead and implement global compensation programs managing across multiple
  • workstreams to oversee effective delivery
  • Act as a total reward subject matter expert keeping up to date with leading market practice to
  • ensure best in class total reward programs are delivered
  • Manage a small team of compensation professionals with a focus on development


Qualifications

The Requirements

  • Significant experience of managing compensation and/or rewards in a global business
  • Good knowledge of the market trends regulations and economic environment
  • Experience in managing global projects with the ability to build consensus across a wide range of stakeholders
  • Exceptional client relationship skills; ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively to achieve goals
  • Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performancedriven environment managing multiple deliverables
  • Ability to navigate influence and operate in a complex highly matrixed environment
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to convey complex information in a compelling way
  • Desirable Degree or equivalent in human resources business or related field preferred
