Job Description
The Role
- Provide expertise and input into global compensation strategy
- Design and deliver all Compensation processes including annual cycle and midyear
- Develop and implement the Segment/ Geo Compensation strategy and plan partnering with the
- Talent Lead Advisor and Business Leaders
- Design lead and implement global compensation programs managing across multiple
- workstreams to oversee effective delivery
- Act as a total reward subject matter expert keeping up to date with leading market practice to
- ensure best in class total reward programs are delivered
- Manage a small team of compensation professionals with a focus on development
Qualifications
The Requirements
- Significant experience of managing compensation and/or rewards in a global business
- Good knowledge of the market trends regulations and economic environment
- Experience in managing global projects with the ability to build consensus across a wide range of stakeholders
- Exceptional client relationship skills; ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively to achieve goals
- Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performancedriven environment managing multiple deliverables
- Ability to navigate influence and operate in a complex highly matrixed environment
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to convey complex information in a compelling way
- Desirable Degree or equivalent in human resources business or related field preferred
