JOB DESCRIPTION:
CSG is searching for a Zero Trust Systems Engineer to provide technical support and systems engineering support to the ICAM/Zero Trust team.
The candidate will support the definition of ICAM products to support Zero Trust(ZT) security implementations.
The candidate will work within the ZT ICAM team and with the existing ICAM capability teams to perform capabilities/requirements definition architecture and design technology assessments and support risk mitigation assessments.
Other duties will include:
researching and analyzing cloud security environments
identifying capability gaps and enhancements for current ICAM services
providing implementation processes tools and techniques and hardware and software considerations.
Provide technical expertise in industry standards and federal and DoD policies.
Create and maintain ICAM Zero Trust documentation to include release notes installation and user guides frameworks SOPs and plans in accordance with Zero Trust mandates.
Will also assist the software developers with: tracking requirements sprint planning and scheduling support to design changes and testing support.
Desired Skills
Knowledge of CAPCO and CUI Standards
Knowledge of ABAC and ICAM Capabilities and integration
Experience with SW development methodologies
Ability to solve complex system/integration problems
Experience briefing seniorlevel management
Demonstrated engineering experience on programs with requirements functional analysis and allocation conducting system requirement reviews developing CONOPS and system architectures
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Systems Engineer L3B
CERTIFICATION: any of the SANs certification around security (ie: CISSP certification) is highly desired but not required.
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors Degree 10 years of Systems Engineering experience OR
No Degree 14 years of Systems Engineering experience.
NOTE: Bachelors Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to the computer engineering or computer science disciplines.
