Job Description

New Path Youth and Family Serviceshas a proud history of mentoring the next generation of community and social service professionals. We are an accredited childrens mental health agency providing a range of compassionate innovative and accessible services for children youth and their families throughout Simcoe County. Unpaid Student Placement: CYW Level

CYW level Programs and Services at New Path:

  • Intensive Services to Students Program (ISSP)
  • Intensive Services and Transition Program (IST)
  • Attendance Center (AC)
  • Live in Treatment Service (LITS)


Goal of the position:

  • To provide evidence based/informed programs to children youth and their families in a variety of environments including home school and the community.
  • May include provision of services within our Live In Treatment Service (LITS).

Student Responsibilities:

  • Individual skills based counselling and family support
  • Group facilitation
  • Travel throughout Simcoe County will be required to support children youth and their families.
