Job Description

MFG is hiring experienced and talented individuals to join our team!

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable CPG specialist who would be responsible for all tradespendrelated bill backs and deductions.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage trade spend in an organized detailed manner
  • This includes but not limited to retrieving and reviewing all back up communicating with distributors brokers sales team determining any discrepancies and filing discrepancies with distributors
  • Track repayment for all unauthorized deductions
  • Process deduction credits for trade and off invoice into accounting software
  • Resolve unauthorized credit / chargebacks taken
  • Resolve all A/R discrepancies (short pays noncompliance etc)
  • Collect on outstanding accounts
  • Process all AR deposits
  • Take on various related projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • CPG experience in Food & Beverage industry (preferred 24yrs)
  • Experience working with UNFI & KEHE
  • Advance Excel
  • Quickbooks Enterprise experience
  • Detailed oriented with excellent follow up skills and communication
  • NYC Metro Area with ability to meet in person when needed
