KBR is seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our team onsite at Hill AFB UT. An active SECRET clearance is required.

In this role you will support the Sentinel Program Division. This is an exciting opportunity to support the Air Forces acquisition of the next generation Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM). You will support a diverse and complex Enterprise Integrated Master Schedule (EIMS) as well as program management functions. Interact directly with the customer and provide support across the spectrum of program acquisition sustainment integration scheduling baseline control analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and assess program status technical performance contract performance schedule and risk
  • Establish and maintain multiple project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6 software
  • Use monthly progress updates to schedule activities and consolidate into the project master schedule
  • Import contractor schedules into Primavera enterprise project structure and integrate into Sentinel IMS
  • Review and analyze government /contractor program schedules (duration activity constraints relationships critical path) to highlight variances and potential schedule risks
  • Prepare reports inclusive of impacts logic changes float and delays
  • Perform Schedule Risk Assessments and build collaborative internal relationships with program and project teams as well as external relationships with customers other agencies and business partners
  • Work with IMS stakeholders to ensure scheduling best practices are implemented across the ICBM System Directorate and interface regularly with the government counterpart to comply with evolving support requirements and mission objectives

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of related experience 8 years with Masters degree)
  • Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in planning building and maintaining multiple integrated project schedules in Oracle Primavera P6 (or a similar scheduling tool)
  • SME in assessing schedule quality (schedule risk analysis DCMA 14pt assessments) in Deltek Acumen Fuse (or a similar scheduling analysis tool)
  • Understanding of Earned Value Management and cost/schedule integration
  • Working knowledge of DID 81861 and 81466A
  • Knowledge of project management best practices

Desired:

  • Exceptional stakeholder communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Understanding of Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and implementation into an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
  • Understanding of DoD/DOE acquisition and program management process
  • Innovator with continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience in lean management CMMI and root cause analysis
  • Defense Acquisition University (DAU) training/equivalent experience

Compensation:
FullTime Salary Range: $115110 $195660

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to: business considerations local market conditions and internal equity as well as candidate qualifications such as skills education and experience.
