Were looking for a high energy results oriented professional to lead strategic partnerships and growth at SheWorks!/ TransparentBusiness.
Reporting to the CEO the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying analyzing and executing on strategic partnerships leading to the development of business opportunities building brand equity/ visibility and support talent acquisition strategy.
Job Responsibilities
Identify analyze and recommend strategic partnership opportunities to drive SaaS And TaaS sales for TransparentBusiness and SheWorks!.
Establish grow and manage existing and new strategic initiatives aimed at generating revenues and drive value to the company.
Offer strategic advice thought leadership and daytoday management in order to grow the business.
Develop forecast and track revenue from partners.
Create a scalable process for communicating and engaging with partners.
Represent company at partners meetings and act as a company spokesperson.
Develop program proposals and strategy presentations.
Requirements
3 years of work experience in Business Development / Partnerships either with corporate IT / Contingent Workforce / MSP / VMS.
Highly desirable startup / scale up experience.
Highly proactive and entrepreneurial attitude who can combine strategy development with spy startup .
Ability to manage complex projects and drive partnership opportunities that impact the companys growth.
Operate with a high level of autonomy with abilityto juggle multiple projects and priorities.
Outstanding business communications skills.
Organized detailoriented and resultsdriven.
Native English speaker or fully bilingual (English and Spanish).

Compensation
$50000 /$80000
$10000 resigning bonus after 12 months of successful employment
5 on all direct sales resulting from new partnerships initiated and closed.
Equal amount of shares during 2019/2020
Mandatory raises based on KPIs targets
