This role will be responsible for overseeing a complex multiyear program of work valued at $90 million including Salesforce CRM integrations digital transformation projects and operational improvements. The Program Manager will ensure projects are aligned with the companys strategic goals fostering a structured approach to . They will leverage PMO frameworks and methodologies to manage complex projects ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the required standards. Handson experience in planning and executing multiple projects while facilitating crossfunctional collaboration is essential. They will establish governance frameworks manage dependencies and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within scope using tools like Monday to track progress and mitigate risks.
In collaboration with senior stakeholders the Program Manager will drive visibility and accountability across multiple workstreams implementing best practices in program and portfolio management. Strong communication is critical to align stakeholders at all levels as the candidate must articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences. Their leadership will help resolve conflicts keep projects on track and foster stakeholder buyin. A solid background in leading largescale digital transformationsparticularly in Salesforce CRM systems or customerfacing platformswill be essential to successfully managing these initiatives. Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading largescale digital transformation programs with a proven ability to oversee complex multiproject portfolios. They will be adept at engaging senior stakeholders managing competing priorities and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This includes a strong understanding of PMO frameworks and methodologies to manage complex projects with handson experience in planning executing and delivering projects on time within budget and to the required standards. The candidate will also be skilled at handling multiple projects and fostering crossfunctional collaboration. A background in digital transformation Salesforce CRM integrations or enterprisewide change initiatives will be highly regarded.
A strong foundation in program management methodologies including Prince2 PMP or Agile frameworks is essential. The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in managing project governance risk assessment and resource allocation at a program level. Experience using Monday or similar project tracking tools is highly valued as it will allow the candidate to optimise workflows integrate the platform across teams and drive visibility and accountability. Expertise in using such tools enhances efficiency and transparency in project management.
