Job Description

Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Location: Draper Utah
Reports to: National Accounts Manager

Employment Type: FullTime

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers from our approved partnergenerated lists and driving sales growth through phone calls emails and other outbound efforts. You will be a key contributor to the overall sales strategy and will work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Prospecting: Generate new business opportunities through outbound contacts with the members of automotive groups/organizations for which AutoNetTV is an approved or exclusive digital signage partner.
  • Sales Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads tracking progress and ensuring consistent followup.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions to drive interest and secure meetings and sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the companys products and services to effectively pitch and close deals.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals on a monthly and annual basis.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all outreach efforts and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies and optimize outreach tactics.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on sales activity progress toward goals and feedback from prospects to the sales manager.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 13 years of experience in outbound sales telemarketing or a similar role. Experience with B2B or B2C sales is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and build relationships with potential customers.
  • GoalOriented: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • TechSavvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • SelfMotivated: Ability to work independently manage time effectively and stay organized in a fastpaced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is a plus.

Compensation:

  • $58000 Commissions Bonus
