Job Description

Position Overview:

The digital marketing specialist will directly supervise the Digital Marketing Representative (DMR) will deal with customer issues that are escalated by the DMR report payment issues and grant promotional rewards as needed to insure customer satisfaction. These digital mediums include but are not limited to our website social media channels partner websites and onproperty and offproperty display advertising. This position is responsible for developing and overseeing in bound and out bound communications and occasional facetoface contact. This position is a hybrid of working remote inoffice and at events.

Essential Duties

  • Own social media content copy and publishing from endtoend ensuring marketing goals and brand guidelines are met.
  • Work crossfunctionally to craft and implement a social plan and tone of voice.
  • Oversee live coverage of various events ensuring content quality and consistency across each channel.
  • Maintain a rolling content calendar to align with brand marketing initiatives and promotions.
  • Knowledge and passion for sports and/or gambling is strongly preferred.
    Previous experience with Sprout are preferred but not required.
  • Oversee the Digital Marketing Representative team.
  • Collaborating crossfunctionally with teams to define operational procedures internally and align with marketing to advertise new games & features.
  • Show a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming.

Requirements

  • Have exceptional customer service skills
  • Demonstrate troubleshooting technical skills
  • Demonstrate Great communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Preferred previous knowledge of any iCasino and Online Sports Betting
  • Experience managing leading and building a wider team.
  • Selfstarter with the ability to take ownership and be accountable for deliverables.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in fastpaced environments.
  • Passion for technology sports gaming/casinos or all of the above.

Work/Educational Experience

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Possess a high school or equivalent diploma
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate gaming license through to the New Jersey State Gaming Commission

Essential responsibilities include moderate physical ability such as lift or maneuver at least fifteen 15 pounds and prolonged sitting during the shift.

The noise level in the work environment varies. When on the casino floor the noise level increases to loud. When on the casino floor or other designated areas may be subjected to tobacco smoke. Must be able to handle intoxicated guests in a professional manner.

Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry Team Members must be able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.

Language Skills:

Ability to read analyze and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals maintenance instructions and other related documents. Ability to effectively present information in oneonone and group situations.

Mathematical Skills & Reasoning Ability:

Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimal and work with mathematical such as probability and inference. Ability to create read and analyze spread sheets of statistical data. Ability to decipher various reports and maintains reports upon request.
