What you bring to SBHG (qualifications):
- Bachelors degree in a social services field and 4 years of relevant work experience in a behavioral health field; experience with children/adolescents and their families preferred.
- Masters degree in a social service field and 2 years of relevant work experience in a behavioral health field; experience with children/adolescents and their families preferred.
- Training experience highly desirable.
- Valid California Drivers License.
- BBS registered or licensed therapist preferred.
- Valid California Drivers License.
How you will make a difference (job overview):
The Training Coordinator will Assists in the coordination delivery and administration of agency training programs.
Division/Program Overview:
- MHRC is a 16 bed inpatient program that provides intensive support and rehabilitative services.
- The individuals served are 1864 years old with mental health struggles that have necessitated placement in a state hospital or other intensive behavioral health facility.
- Comprehensive behavioral health and psychiatric services are provided by a multidisciplinary team.
- The team supports individuals in developing the skills to become self sufficient and increase levels of independence and functioning.

Grade spread 28.68 45.89(In accordance with California law the salary grade for this position is listed above. Starting pay within the grade is determined based on experience internal equity and other factors permitted by law.
