Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and resultsdriven Senior Team Leader to manage and enhance our customer service division. The ideal candidate must have proven management experience the ability to lead large teams and strong communication coaching and conflict resolution skills. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to manage multiple teams across different locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee a customer service team of 2530 employees across Brooklyn and Monroe.
- Coach mentor and train team members at different skill levels.
- Implement strategic leadership initiatives to enhance customer service operations.
- Manage complex situations conflicts and highpressure scenarios while ensuring smooth operations.
- Develop and refine workflows to improve team efficiency and productivity.
- Work closely with executives and other departments to align goals and strategies.
- Monitor team performance provide feedback and ensure continuous improvement.
- Utilize data analysis and reporting to track KPIs and optimize customer service processes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies compliance and technology standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior management or leadership role preferably in customer service or technology.
- Strong leadership and teambuilding skills with the ability to manage large teams.
- Exceptional problemsolving negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong understanding of IT/business infrastructure and technology fluency.
- Highly organized proactive and adaptable with excellent time management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and datadriven decisionmaking.
- Exceptional written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- High level of integrity accountability and professionalism.
Salary: $130K$150K
