The new Campbellton regional community is searching for an exceptional and motivated individual known for their engaging innovative strategic and collaborative leadership style to occupy the important role of Director of Citizen Services within its senior leadership team.
In a transformational reality this new position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality services and ensuring the effective of maintenance and construction projects. The Director of Citizen Services will be able to rely on a strong and stable team to assist them in achieving their goals and for the regular management of departments and their workforce.

As the ideal candidate you possess strong personal values and a work ethic. You can work in a bilingual work environment and speak and write both official languages fluently. You are a licensed professional in Canada with a university degree and relevant experience in civil or municipal engineering project management and personnel management.
