A day in the life.
As our Client Coordinator on the Business Insurance team youll provide assistance to client service team members in the billing and processing of all new and renewal clients. Youll be asked to assist with application assembly loss runs and summaries during the prerenewal process. Youll also work closely with the sales and service team to prepare proposals renewal premium comparisons and presentation materials. Finally well rely on you to identify opportunities for process improvement efficiencies or consistencies and determine strategies for implementing process improvement into the team.

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with management colleagues and clients.
- Ability to get licensed in insurance within 3 months of hire.
These additional qualifications are a plus but not required to apply:
- Bachelors degree in business related field.
- Licensed in Property & Casualty (required within your first 3 months).
