Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivatedClinical Associateto join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and including doctors pharmacists and hospitals. You will play a vital role in increasing brand awareness and driving sales within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Territory Management: Manage and develop relationships with doctors healthcare providers hospitals and pharmacies within the assigned geographic area.
Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals ensuring excellent service and support.
Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence on competitors customer needs and trends to provide valuable insights to the team.
Compliance: Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree in science Pharmacy or related field. (Pharmacy degree preferred)
Experience: Proven experience within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Skills:
oKnowledge of the healthcare industry and regulatory environment is a plus.
oStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
oAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
oExcellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
