Job Description
Nova Driving School is looking for passionate and driven Customer Service and Sales Representatives to join our team in Chicago!
Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services.
Ensure a positive customer experience through excellent service and problem resolution.
Sales:
Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions.
Effectively present and promote products and services.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Communication:
Maintain clear and professional communication across multiple channels (phone chat email).
Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service.
Recording & FollowUp:
Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities.
Follow up on pending issues to ensure timely and effective resolution.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service and sales.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Resultsoriented with the ability to meet sales objectives.
- Basic knowledge of the companys products and services.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
