Candidate with 35 years of endtoend hiring experience of mechanical Electronics and electrical design engineers for automotive systems and sub systems like Body Interiors Wiring Harness Lighting Systems Chassis Powertrain Infotainment etc.
Strong relationship builder resourceful and wellconnected in the engineering community with proven experience of addressing the challenging needs in demanding timelines
Prior experience of working in a fast paced environment with OEMs Tier1s and/or Engineering services organizations in fulfilling ramp ups associated with design and engineering roles with good understanding of CAD/CAE/PLM technologies Hardware/Software Systems Engineering Testing etc. is required
Active and advanced level usage experience of technology social media and job portals to handle multiple requirements maximum visibility and maintaining a healthy pipeline
Proven ability to develop & implement creative talent sourcing strategies to meet the hiring goals working cohesively with internal and external stake holders assuring an excellent candidate experience during the process
Excellent reporting documentation planning networking verbal communication people negotiation analytical problem solving time & data management skills
Managed and led pipeline reviews KPIs advising the internal team on talent market trends challenges and respective solutions etc.
Identified individual will play an active and key role in companys strategic recruitment initiatives branding etc. with ample opportunities for personal and professional development.
