Job Overview
Paradigm Realty is seeking a Juniorlevel Talent Acquisition professional based in Mumbai to join our dynamic team. This fulltime role involves managing the endtoend recruitment process focusing on sourcing interviewing and onboarding candidates. The ideal candidate will contribute to strengthening our team by finding top talent aligned with our organizational goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Recruitment experience with a focus on sourcing and screening candidates to match job specifications (Mandatory skill)
- Proficient in conducting interviews to assess candidate suitability (Mandatory skill)
- Experience in onboarding new hires smoothly and efficiently (Mandatory skill)
- Skills in sourcing candidates through various channels including social media job boards and networking events
- Ability to assess candidates qualifications experience and fit for specific roles
- Expertise in talent pipelining to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates
- Employer branding knowledge to attract and retain top talent
- Strong negotiation skills to manage offers and compensation packages
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Source candidates using various platforms and techniques to attract top talent
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and expectations
- Enhance employer branding to attract quality candidates
- Negotiate job offers and ensure competitive yet sustainable compensation packages
