Job Description

1. Professional Appearance and Personality

Proficiency in English and regional languages; additional language skills are a plus.
Polite clear and confident communication over the phone and in person.

Proficiency in handling clinic management software for appointments billing and records.
Efficient scheduling and time management to prevent overlaps or delays.
Experience in handling patient inquiries complaints and feedback professionally.
4. Hospitality Experience
Prior experience in the hospitality industry or luxury service environments preferred.
5. Organizational Abilities
Strong multitasking skills to manage checkins checkouts and patient coordination seamlessly.
Maintaining accurate records of appointments followups and payments.
Inventory tracking for front office supplies and patient materials.
6. ProblemSolving and Conflict Management
Quick thinking and ability to handle lastminute changes or challenges with patients.
Calm and professional demeanor in resolving patient concerns.
7. Marketing and Branding Awareness
Knowledge of clinic promotions services and offerings to answer queries effectively.
Ability to engage patients with the clinics branding campaigns and loyalty programs.
8. Technical Proficiency
Competency in using office equipment like computers printers and card machines.
Familiarity with MS Office is a must.
9. Confidentiality and Professional Ethics
Maintaining patient confidentiality as per company policies.
Professional attitude in dealing with sensitive patient information.
