As a Business Development Executive you will be entrusted with the following key responsibilities:
Learning and Development:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the companys products/services target market and sales process through participation in training sessions workshops and onthejob learning opportunities.
Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and adaptability to feedback from peers and supervisors.
Lead Generation:
Actively prospect and qualify leads through diverse channels such as cold calling email campaigns networking events and social media.
Build a robust pipeline of potential customers by identifying and engaging with decisionmakers or influencers within target companies.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of lead interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.
Sales Support:
Assist senior sales executives in preparing sales materials presentations and proposals for client meetings or presentations.
Provide administrative support by scheduling appointments preparing meeting agendas and organizing salesrelated documents.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (e.g. marketing product development) to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Customer Engagement:
Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs challenges and preferences.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email or other communication channels.
Build rapport with customers and lay the foundation for longterm relationships.
Sales Performance Metrics:
Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume lead generation targets and activity metrics.
Track and report on sales activities including lead generation efforts customer interactions and progress towards sales goals.
Proactively seek feedback from supervisors and peers to identify areas for improvement and take action to address them.
Professional Conduct:
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers colleagues and partners.
Adhere to company policies procedures and ethical standards in sales activities.
