Employment Type: FullTime OnSite
Working Hours: Monday Friday Onsite (European and South American hours)
Location: Salt River Cape Town

Our client a leading international BPO based in Salt River is seeking Spanishspeaking Customer Service Agent to join their vibrant team. If youre someone fluent in Spanish and looking to start a career in customer service this is your chance!

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone email and chat
- Provide accurate information and assist with inquiries
- Maintain highquality service standards
- Work according to a structured shift schedule
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish (B2 C1 level) (speak write and read)
- Must have customer service experience (minimum 12 months)
- Must have Matric qualification
- Comfortable working onsite
- Willing to work European and or South American Hours
