Our General Managers are engaging and compassionate individuals who lead our teams by example. Displaying a sincere desire to exceed expectations and make people happy while demonstrating a consistently high level of professionalism and a genuine warm hospitality ethos are key aspects of the General Manager position. Staple & Fancy is simple Italianinspired food and offers an innovative multicourse feast of seasonal dishes crafted by our chef.
