OMP Senior Consultant
Location: Warsaw / Wroclaw / Katowice
Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote

We are looking for a topnotch technology specialists willing to move our projects on the new track! You will use the most advanced technology stack and have an opportunity to implement new solutions while working with top leaders in their industries. Your key responsibilities
- Work with the extended multifunctional teams and/or clients to design and deliver actionable supply chain transformation improving KPIs such as service cost and cash
- Design planning solutions create operating models leading workshops & fit gap assesments
- Translate business requirements into practical technical functionalities provided in OMP
- Model master data and configure system in line with business requirements defined in user stories
- Support for Sprint and UAT Testing
- Validate various planning or transactional data to build optimization models analytical reports and presentations
- Provide system solutions and process adjustments to unstructured problems
- Continuous upskilling to upgrade planning & OMP capabilities
Skills and attributes for success
- OMP operational & implementation hands on experiences (planning data modelling configuration testing)
- Work with the extended teams and/or clients to design and deliver actionable supply chain transformation
- Translate business requirements into practical technical functionalities provided by OMP
- Ability to deliver comprehensive data assesments which can be used for optimization of planning processes
- Understanding of Demand Planning Master Planning Supply Network Planning Inventory Management and Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling
- Design planning solutions create operating models leading workshops & fit gap assesments (as is vs to be)
- Ability to work self independently & proactively looking for best in class up & running solutions boosting client satisfaction
- Understanding and supply chain process expertise for one or more of the following industries: FMCG Pharma Automotive etc.
To qualify for the role you must have
- 2 years hands on experience for OMP (OPR/S&OP/DP modules) and transformation/implementation projects
- Knowledge of Fluent English
- Understanding of S&OP model and planning/scheduling experience
- Ability to deliver comprehensive data assesments which can be used for optimization of planning processes
- Strong willingness and ability upskill OMP capabilities
- Ability to work at client location based on business/project need
Ideally youll also have
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or Economics or Engineering
- OMP Certification (User Engagement OPAL)
- OPAL programming language
- Knowledge of any other planning software such as SAP Kinaxis Blye Yonder
- Other language skills at B2 level at least will be additional asset
