Your role in our team
You shape together with your team the future of pharma manufacturing
You take ownership on our innovation topics
You mange grow and contribute to our international knowledge community
You are responsible for developing a specialization within a specific domain of expertise leveraging prior experience to further develop associated services and products
You will sit onsite at the customer location to deliver PASX successfully
You will help design document and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
You will translate customer requirements into software application
You will manage monitor and implement client work packages according to deployment needs
You will participate in the design of client information systems
You will organize and teach best practice product workshops at customer sites
You will constantly seek ways to improve design documentation and maintenance of manufacturing processes
You will collaborate among client and internal teams for problem resolution
You will investigate client issues and then communicate key insights and findings to product team
You will analyze and enhance efficiency stability and scalability of client systems
Your profile
You are excited about joining the home for entrepreneurs
You want to actively contribute to turn entrepreneurial thinking into customer success
You have excellent communication skills and are at nativespeaker level in English third language preferred
You work and act with passion rethink the existing and always strive to find the best solution for our challenges
You have a degree in IT / Computer Science or Life Science field
You have two 2 years of experience in the life sciences industry using PASX
You have proven experience in eliciting requirements and executing test specifications
You have strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
You have solid analytical skills
