Job Description
Title: HVAC Maintenance Mechanic 1
Location: Johns Hopkins Hospital
Job Summary: Performs maintenance installation and repair work on HVAC systems equipment and components. Also performs installations repairs and fabrication of sheetmetal/metal components related to HVAC and other trades. This work is performed under general supervision and using the tools and techniques of HVAC technology.
Requirements:
5 years related work experience.
The fulltime equivalent spent in a stateapproved program may count toward the 5year work experience requirement.
Shift: Full Time Evening Shift 3:3011pm

Salary Range: Minimum$26.96/hour Maximum$31.30/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
