A warm welcoming young family in Newtown PA is seeking a professional career LiveOut Housekeeper to become an essential part of their household team. This fulltime role is perfect for someone who is energetic highly organized kidfriendly and passionate about cooking. If you take pride in maintaining a beautiful home and preparing healthy mealsand love the occasional moments with childrenthis is an exceptional opportunity.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM 40 hours/week)
Occasional weekend and evening flexibility when the family is hosting guests
About the Role:
This role is approximately 80 housekeeping and cooking and 20 childcare. The ideal candidate is proactive takes initiative and enjoys working in a lively home with young children.
Key Responsibilities:
Fullcharge housekeeping: vacuuming mopping dusting tidying and organizing
Daily maintenance of bedrooms and bathrooms
Household laundry including ironing clothing and fine linens
Cleaning the interior of cars car seats and strollers as needed
Preparing family dinners approx. three times per week
Packing or preparing healthy lunches for the children
Light meal prep (e.g. washing/chopping vegetables marinating proteins preparing grabandgo snacks)
Ordering groceries and managing household supplies
Supporting with childcare (approx. 68 hours/week)
Preparing the home for guests including guest room setup
Assisting with packing/unpacking for family travel
Coordinating with outside vendors such as landscapers pool staff and maintenance professionals
Who You Are:
A meticulous cleaner with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A true professional: discreet respectful and hardworking
A confident home cook who enjoys making healthy meals for a family
Comfortable and kind with young childrenhappy to pitch in with childcare and understanding of the joyful chaos that comes with a home full of little ones
Able to operate independently and anticipate needs without requiring daily direction
Proactive trustworthy and looking for a longterm position with a warm and respectful family
Requirements:
5 years of professional housekeeping experience
Excellent verifiable references (longterm preferred)
CPR certified or willing to become certified
Clean driving record (family vehicle provided for workrelated use)
Compensation & Benefits:
$30$40 per hour depending on experience
Healthcare stipend
2 weeks paid vacation plus personal/sick days and major holidays
