Tessera is seeking a helpful and reliable Janitor with a positive attitude.

Typical duties include but are not limited to:

• Restroom Cleaning sanitize and clean all toilets urinals sinks fixtures partitions walls & doors. Restock supplies. Collect trash and replace liners. Sweep and mop floor. Follow crosscontamination procedures.

• Office Cleaning sweep mop vacuum according to schedule. Spot entry doors.

• Clean halls and high traffic areas sweep mop vacuum buff and clean carpet according to schedule.

• Clean entrances and exits sweep mop vacuum according to schedule.

• Trash empty trash in; lunchrooms coffee areas restrooms shower/locker daily. Office areas trash according to schedule.

• Restock supplies restock supplies daily.

• Dusting dusting in lunch/coffee areas restrooms shower/locker areas and dust free areas only.

• Clean stairwells sweep mop vacuum wipe handrails according to schedule.

• Clean showers clean all shower stalls damp wipe for dust restock supplies mop floors following cross contamination procedures.

• Maintain Janitor Closets clean and organize. Clean and rinse all equipment before storing.

• Clean ice machines.

• Change light bulbs and clean lamp receptacles.

• Change privacy and shower curtains.

• Wet/Dry mopping wet/dry mop each floor according to schedule.

• Sweeping sweep each area according to schedule.

Qualifications:

• 6 months janitorial experience preferred.

• Must be able to work in a team and independently.

Physical Requirements:

Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance. The physical demands of this position may be reasonably accommodated for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions on a casebycase basis.

• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 45 pounds.

• May be required to reach kneel walk stand and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.

• Work may require repetitive motion reaching lifting kneeling and walking. Standing or sitting for several hours at a time climbing in and out of a vehicle and up and down stairs may also be required.

• Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.

Requirements:

• A valid state drivers license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tesseras insurance.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access. A background check and EVerify will be conducted for this position.
