Job Description
Were currently seeking an IT Project Manager to join our Headquarters team!
The IT Project Manager will oversee companywide IT initiatives ensuring successful delivery within scope budget and timeline. This role involves assigning responsibilities managing workflows and acting as a liaison across departments to facilitate clear communication and alignment. The position offers the opportunity to lead strategic projects that directly impact organizational efficiency and innovation.
What You Will Do:
- Manage IT projects to ensure adherence to schedule budget and scope of project.
- Maintain the organization and IT departments effectiveness and efficiency by defining delivering and supporting strategic plans.
- Establish and implement project communication plans providing status updates to affected team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables providing regular updates to project teams and stakeholders.
- Lead the project team in identifying and resolving roadblocks to ensure project success.
- Review proposed modifications on project plans including meeting with interested parties/stakeholders to approve and implement beneficial changes.
- Recommend information technology strategies policies and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes.
- Develop individualized and group training programs and processes that address specific business needs.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
How You Will Shine:
- A bachelors degree in information technology business or a related field is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
- Agilerelated certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Agile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP) or equivalent are strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience preferably in IT.
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes strategies and methods.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information.
- Strong logical thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Passion for learning growing and improving.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a growing multifaceted environment.
