Foot Mobile Engineer
Birmingham
Permanent Full Time
Salary 38000 plus vehicle and package
We are working directly with a growing and highly reputable medium sized facilities management contractor who specialise in providing all round building maintenance services to clients within the commercial sector.
Due to expansion we are recruiting for a Foot Mobile Engineer to join the team in the Birmingham region.
Role:
- To carry out a wide range of maintenance works
- To carry out general fabric/building maintenance works across commercial properties.
- Ppm and reactive maintenance
- Working mobile on foot across Birmingham centre
- Working on a range of commercial clients including offices etc.
Person:
- You must hold trade certificate such as electrical plumbing hvac or similar
- You will be an experienced engineer able to show competency in commercial maintenance
- Experience in services such as emergency lighting plant room checks
- You will live near the city centre of Birmingham as this role is working on foot.
- You will ideally have previous experience working on commercial contracts
Package:
- Base salary 38000
- Monday to Friday
