Introduction:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our fastgrowing and talented team in Totowa NJ.
In this role you will utilize your expertise to manage client accounts ensure seamless policy transactions and provide exceptional service in a dynamic fastpaced office environment. We are looking for an energetic organized individual who excels at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Responsibilities:
- Manage all account transactions including quoting applications ID cards endorsements proposals coverage summaries certificates and binders for assigned accounts.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of carrier underwriting requirements.
- Conduct renewal reviews and quote/remarket policies as needed.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from clients companies and producers.
- Identify crossselling opportunities and suggest coverage upgrades.
- Document all activities in the agency management system ensuring accurate and timely entries.
- Adhere to agency billing premium collection and underwriting guidelines. Obtain client signoff for declined recommended coverages.
Qualifications:
- Commercial lines product knowledge (Property and condominium experience is a plus).
- Minimum 3 years of CSR experience and a valid property casualty license.
- Excellent client relations and problemsolving skills.
- Proficient computer skills including agency management systems (Applied Epic experience is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail ability to prioritize and commitment to meeting deadlines.
